Interim public-beta terms
InterfaceDelta Public Beta Terms
Service and beta status
These Terms govern use of the free InterfaceDelta public beta operated by InterfaceDelta, Inc. The beta passively inspects machine-readable information exposed by public HTTPS services, produces deterministic compatibility classifications, records durable public InterfaceDelta observations when monitoring is enabled or when a signed-in user or an agent authorized through that user's InterfaceDelta account requests a fresh inspection without creating a monitor, and can notify signed-in subscribers of qualifying changes. This release has no payment obligation, paid plan, or subscription charge.
Accounts and permitted use
You must provide an email address you control, keep your session secure, and use the service lawfully. You may submit only URLs you are permitted to inspect and may not use InterfaceDelta to violate law, third-party rights, contractual restrictions, or access controls; interfere with the service or others; probe private or authenticated systems; evade limits; automate abusive traffic; misrepresent results; or attempt unauthorized access. A successful email sign-in establishes control of that email address for the sign-in flow. It does not establish ownership of a submitted target.
Eligibility and organizational authority
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live. If you use InterfaceDelta for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Public targets, observations, and monitoring
InterfaceDelta supports public HTTPS targets and uses bounded passive requests to machine-readable endpoints. It does not execute discovered tools, read discovered resources, retrieve discovered prompts, or authenticate to targets. Monitoring creates an account subscription to shared target-level recurring inspection; multiple subscribers may rely on one target scan. Public Passport observations, comparisons, compatibility history, share responses, and badges may remain public and may persist independently of an account or account deletion.
Limits and classifications
The beta currently permits up to five active monitored targets per account, fifty globally unique monitored targets, and an approximately 24-hour monitoring cadence. We may enforce, change, suspend, or reduce limits and may suspend or terminate accounts or service access to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. Compatibility results use the classifications breaking, non_breaking, informational, and indeterminate under documented deterministic rules. They are observations of machine-readable interfaces, not security findings, ownership proof, certification, legal advice, or a guarantee that a service will work.
Availability and changes
The beta may change, contain errors, lose features, or be interrupted, delayed, suspended, or discontinued. Monitoring and email delivery are not guaranteed and should not be your sole alerting or operational control. You remain responsible for your systems, submitted URLs, decisions, backups, and independent verification of results.
Third-party services
InterfaceDelta depends on third-party hosting, database, worker, email, network, DNS, certificate, and target services. Their availability and conduct are outside our control, and your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms.
Intellectual property
InterfaceDelta and its software, branding, site, and original service materials remain the property of InterfaceDelta, Inc. or its licensors. These Terms grant only the limited right necessary to use the beta in accordance with these Terms. InterfaceDelta does not claim ownership of metadata supplied by third-party target publishers.
Accounts and termination
You may delete your account through the account interface. Deletion removes account authentication/session data, subscriptions, the verified email destination, and related private delivery records, and stops future account email. It does not automatically erase public target observations or history. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for misuse, risk, legal requirements, service changes, or discontinuation.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InterfaceDelta, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the beta. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without limiting any mandatory law that cannot lawfully be waived.
We may update these Terms for the beta. The displayed version and effective date identify the terms then in effect. Questions may be sent to legal@interfacedelta.com.
